Perkins Playground is a 5.57-acre park on Narragansett Road in Merrymount, next to the Merrymount School, with a soccer field, basketball and tennis courts, a street hockey court, and a tot-lot. It was named in 1932 for James S. Perkins, the school's longtime principal.
