Woodville School's current building opened in 2003 on Farm Street, replacing a 1919-1920 Dutch Colonial Revival school that had been listed on the National Register of Historic Places before it was torn down. The school's grounds and playground share the Farm Street athletic corridor with Wakefield Memorial High School's fields.
