No townwide leash requirement. Ch. 111 covers licensing and nuisance only; under §111-3G the Animal Control Officer may require an owner to keep a dog from running at large in schools, playgrounds, parks and public recreation areas.
Hours
Parks open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or sunset, whichever is earlier, during the open season; closed for the season from about mid-November to a date set by the Parks and Cemetery Commission.
