An 18-acre park at 1708 Page Boulevard, dedicated in 2013 to Congressman Richard E. Neal, on land donated by Eastman Chemical (formerly a plastics facility site, once called 'Plastics Park'). A 2020s renovation used a $3.1 million federal/city grant package (Land and Water Conservation Fund plus CDBG) to rebuild the park, which sits at the border of Indian Orchard, East Springfield, and Pine Point.
