A cluster of more than 50 glacial potholes eroded into the bedrock of the Deerfield River below the Salmon Falls dam in Shelburne Falls village, viewable from an observation deck at the end of Deerfield Avenue. Also widely called the Glacial Potholes; direct river access is restricted due to hazardous conditions.
