A neighborhood ball field and pavilion on the west side of the Connecticut River, run by a volunteer association since 1951. It has open grassy fields, basic playground equipment, and a rentable pavilion with a kitchen.

Common questions
Is West Northfield Playground open to everyone or just members?
Anyone can use the fields and grounds. The 'membership' is a historical holdover from its 1951 founding as a resident association; renting the pavilion for a private event costs $200 a day and goes through the Association, not the town.
