Is this the same as Veterans Park?
No. Veterans Park sits in front of Town Hall with WWI/WWII/WTC memorials; this park is by the Police Station a few blocks south, built around a different set of Vietnam, Korean War and Global War on Terrorism monuments, and was originally called Barrows Park.
