A 3-acre neighborhood park in Lowell's Lower Highlands/Cambodia Town area with a basketball court, eight volleyball courts, a playground and picnic space; originally built as Washington Park baseball stadium in 1906-07, renamed for Roberto Clemente in 1973, and recently rebuilt in a $1.8M renovation. Locally also called Pailin Park.
