A 47-acre former private estate turned town-owned conservation park and event venue at 201 Washington Street. Built in 1909 as the Veasey family's summer residence, later used by the Little Missionary Sisters of Charity, and purchased by the Town of Groveland in 1996 with grants and a family donation. It combines forest and field walking trails, historic buildings used for weddings and events, a sledding hill, and car-top access to Johnson's Pond.
