A historic town landing at the foot of Water Street in the Old Village, the only Chatham street that runs from the ocean to a pond. Centuries of erosion have shrunk the water access, but a small dinghy dock on Little Mill Pond still lets boaters row straight into downtown.

Dogs must be leashed in Chatham's parks and beach areas; pick up after your dog. That's the town-wide default; watch for posted signs here.
Hours
Chatham parks close 10pm to 6am, and conservation lands are open a half hour before sunrise to a half hour after sunset. Posted hours at the entrance win if they differ.
