A City Point neighborhood park on East Broadway built around the nation's first Vietnam Veterans memorial, dedicated in 1981, ringed by ornamental fencing modeled on a Victorian original. Renovations added a fenced tot lot with a play-ship centerpiece, a splash pad, softball fields and an on-site dog run.
