Harambee Park, formerly Frederick Law Olmsted's Franklin Field, is a 45-acre active-sports park on the Dorchester/Mattapan line, renamed in the early 1980s (Swahili for 'pull together'). A four-phase rebuild finished in spring 2025 added new soccer, lacrosse, football, and cricket fields plus a playground and basketball courts.
