- Belmont has no dedicated off-leash dog park. Off-leash access townwide runs through the Paws in the Parks permit program at four fields: Town Field, Grove Street Field, Pequossette (PQ) Park, and the Winn Brook Elementary field. Permits cost $75/year for residents and $125 for non-residents, cap at four dogs per address, and require a 15-minute orientation and signed code of conduct.
