A small riverside park built on the site of the former Ramage Paper Mill, with stairs and a boat slide down to the Deerfield River. It's the put-in for the Dryway, a class III-IV whitewater run that draws rafting outfitters and independent kayakers on the roughly 32 days a year the upstream dam releases water, May through October.

- The park sits on the former Ramage Paper Mill site, which operated from 1887 to 1996. The Town of Monroe took ownership in December 2016 after an EPA-supported cleanup and demolition, and voted to keep the site as a park in perpetuity. Construction ran from June 2018 to July 2019, including a Depot Street retaining wall.
