Wilbur Park is a saltwater access point on the Bass River whose real function is a paved boat ramp, dock, and fishing pier with a picnic area; it is DPH-listed as a saltwater beach but has no lifeguard or bathhouse, so it reads much more like a boat launch than a swim beach. It sits on the tidal Bass River, not a pond.
