Revere Beach is a roughly 3-mile crescent of state-managed sandy shoreline along Revere Beach Boulevard, billed as the first public beach in the United States, with a paved promenade, a bandstand, and a strip of restaurants and ice cream stands facing the sand across the boulevard.
