Nickerson is a tiny pocket beach on Dorchester Street in Squantum, only about 15 to 20 yards of sand, with harbor-island views and a small adjoining picnic area near Squaw Rock. It is not set up as a swimming destination; most visitors come for the view and the walking path rather than a beach day.
